1. Services Provided
Milwaukee Drawers and Glideouts, LLC provides custom pull-out shelving and glide-out drawer solutions, including in-home consultations, design, fabrication, and installation services for residential and commercial customers in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All estimates provided are free and valid for 30 days. A final quote will be issued after the in-home consultation and measurement. Quotes may vary based on materials, customization, and scope of work.
3. Orders & Payment
A deposit is required to begin fabrication. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments by cash, check, or major credit cards. Payment terms and timelines will be clearly stated in your proposal.
4. Installation
Installation is typically completed within 3–6 weeks of deposit payment. Most installations take one day, but large or complex jobs may require additional time. You agree to provide access to your property during scheduled installation. Customers are required to keep pets away from the work area during installation for the safety of our team and your pets.
5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all custom pull-out shelving and drawers against defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Liability
Milwaukee Drawers and Glideouts, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, text, designs, and logos—is the property of Milwaukee Drawers and Glideouts, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. Privacy
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
